Jason Gaudette was a 5 yr old boy that lived with his mother and her boyfriend. On the date of the incident EMS was called to the residence at which time Jason Gaudette was pronounced deceased. Investigation, to include an autopsy, concluded Gaudette’s death was a homicide. This case is unsolved.
