There are several emergency communication, fleet services, and other positions within the Department of Public Safety. Dispatch positions are located at both Emergency Communication Centers in Williston and Westminster. Emergency Communication Dispatchers are responsible for receiving, prioritizing, and relaying all emergency and non-emergency activity involving the State Police, local police, Game Wardens and other emergency services. Positions are posted on the Vermont Department of Human Resources website when they become open.
