Barbara Agnew’s vehicle was found in the northbound rest area in White River Junction. She was not with the vehicle and evidence in the vehicle gave State Police concerns of her well-being.
Ms. Agnew’s body was later found in the town of Hartland, VT, in a wooded area. An autopsy determined Ms. Agnew was the victim of a homicide.
