Bruce Isaacs was found deceased in a wooded area of the Little River State Park, in Waterbury, Vermont on September 26, 1988. Isaacs' body was found by subjects who were clearing brush from the power company's right of way.
Upon further investigation and autopsy it was found that Isaacs' death was a homicide. Bruce Isaacs was a transient at the time of his death and had been camping around the Little River State Park area at the time of this homicide. This investigation remains open.
