Brattleboro Fire Department responded to a report of a residential structure fire on Elliott St., in the town of Brattleboro. A male was found inside the home deceased. An autopsy was conducted and identity of this individual was confirmed to be Donald Norcia.
The Medical Examiner’s Office also concluded that Mr. Norcia’s death occurred prior to the fire, not the result of or contributing factors from the fire. His death was determined to be a homicide. This case remains unsolved.
